Physical Products
To request a refund on a physical product, please send an email to:
staff@quantumvibes.com
Include:
- Full name
- Email address
- Order number
- Reason for return
Include a copy of your invoice along with a note explaining the return. Test kits are not refundable.
Your refund will be processed within 4 business days of receiving the product back in saleable condition. Shipping charges may apply. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your billing statement.
Online Programs
- Deposits or enrollment fees are non-refundable
- Refunds of initial payments are non-refundable after three (3) days
- If no deposit was made, a portion of the initial payment will be treated as a non-refundable deposit
For subsequent payment refund requests, you must:
- Participate fully in the program
- Attend support calls
- Complete modules
- Follow assessment and balancing protocols
- Fill out progress journals (if included)
